What kind of learners? - 21st Century Learning

During the interview, she was asked a question: " What kind of learners do you want to raise in the 21st century? " She said that at that moment, she realized that today, being a teacher requires to teaching much more than just grammar and vocabulary.  This question made me think about my own future as a teacher candidate. What does it really mean to teach in the 21st century? It is no longer enough to focus only on grammar and vocabulary. Instead, we need to raise learners who can think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to a rapidly changing world. 21st century learning focuses on using knowledge, developing skills and building values.
